BreastAssure calculates the Nottingham Prognostic Index, Van Nuys Prognostic index and TNM stage to predict breast cancer survival as a function of tumor size, tumor grade (1-3) and number of nodes involved with tumor. Survival is continuous from years 1 through 15. 8/23/01 - Version 1.2 includes prognosis by tumor stage and grade by the Prognostic Factor Workgroup and the Van Nuys Prognostic Index for DCIS. Plus 10-year mortality as a function of TNM or as an independent function of tumor size or number of positive nodes.
